Core Values

If a construction company bothers to post a “values” section on it’s website, the typical refrain is some commitment to quality, craftsmanship, etc. However, I genuinely do not believe that high-quality construction is that complicated. I have been working at a very high level of rough and finish carpentry for years myself and only hire the best mechanical subcontractors. Quality is, and should be, a given on any project.

I have found that the most important principles in working directly with homeowners is operating with Truth and Honesty by way of clear communication and radical transparency. This is a refrain you will hear me repeat many times before, during, and after the remodel process. This is not simply a catch phrase or as sales tactic. These core values are our operating principles, and we live by them every single day. Truth and Honesty are reflected in everything from our pricing models to the way we execute workmanship on site to the way in which our contracts are structured. I truly believe this is the best way to go about things both in business and in life and makes the entire remodel process much more fun, enjoyable, and relaxed for all involved.
